SeaTac Airport Call-Up Procedure
- After your group has claimed their luggage, contact the Ground Transportation desk, located across from Baggage Carousel 12, or by dialing 55 from any courtesy phone.
- Give them the name of your group and tell them that you have a coach from SP PLUS Transportation.
- Ground Transportation will then dispatch your coach from an off-site holding area to the South Ground Transportation lot located outside of Door 00.
- You must walk your group to the lot and meet your coach there. Ground Transportation should give you a Lane number, which your coach will be in.
- It takes approximately 7 to 10 minutes for your coach to arrive once contacted by Ground Transportation.
