SeaTac Airport Call-Up Procedure

1. After your group has claimed their luggage, contact the Ground Transportation desk, located across from Baggage Carousel 12, or by dialing 55 from any courtesy phone.
2. Give them the name of your group and tell them that you have a coach from SP PLUS Transportation.
3. Ground Transportation will then dispatch your coach from an off-site holding area to the South Ground Transportation lot located outside of Door 00.
4. You must walk your group to the lot and meet your coach there. Ground Transportation should give you a Lane number, which your coach will be in.
5. It takes approximately 7 to 10 minutes for your coach to arrive once contacted by Ground Transportation.
